Application of Telemedicine Technologies in Nenets Autonomous Okrug

To identify characteristics of development of human pancreatic stroma in the fetal and neonatal periods of ontogenesis, we have conducted a cross prospective study of 208 pancreases of fetuses (16-40 weeks) and dead newborns. They have been divided into groups by age. Data were processed by methods of nonparametric statistics. Results of creation of mathematical model for postoperative treatment duration forecasting at performance of hi-tech operations on heart on elimination of arrhythmias are presented in the article. The developed model is a basis for creation of the automated program module for risk degree assessment of the patient who has arrived for operative treatment
