  • Identifying joint association between body fat distribution with high blood pressure among 7 ∼ 17 years using the BKMR model

Open Access•Manman Chen, Xijie Wang et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2025

Fat distribution of various body parts have inconsistent roles and directions in their association with HBP risk in children of different sex and weight status. We recommend that children of different sexes and weight statuses be provided with body-part-specific exercise recommendations for optimal chronic disease prevention and control benefits

  • Environmental greenness, physical activity, and their synergistic effects on vital capacity weight index in children and adolescents exposed to PM2.5 and O3 in economically developed provinces of Chin…

Open Access•Zhiying Song, Xinli Song et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2025

These findings highlight the potential of green environments and active lifestyles in buffering the negative respiratory effects of air pollution among children. The results provide evidence to inform integrated urban planning and public health initiatives aimed at improving children's lung health

Open Access•Tongjun Guo, Tianjiao Chen et al.•ARTICLE•Children•2024

The findings of this research support the development of strategies aimed at addressing severe obesity in children, suggesting that adopting healthy lifestyle practices could mitigate the odds of severe obesity due to PM 2.5 and its components. There is a need for an increased focus on children in economically underdeveloped areas and those with unhealthy lifestyle habits, particularly those in rural areas and those who do not engage in adequate …

Open Access•Hao Sun, Shu Wang et al.•ARTICLE•ISPRS International Journal of…•2023

In the era of GeoAI, Geospatial Intelligent Question Answering (GeoIQA) represents the ultimate pursuit for everyone. Even generative AI systems like ChatGPT-4 struggle to handle complex GeoIQA. GeoIQA is domain complex IQA, which aims at understanding and answering questions accurately. • Lean body mass positively associate with blood pressure in Chinese adults

Open Access•Wen Yuan, Yi Zhang et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2023

The influence of LBM on SBP increases with age, particularly after the age twenty years in females. For adults with high FM or high AOI, LBM in the arms, showed a stronger positive predictive association with SBP. This suggests that, in addition to controlling fat content, future efforts to improve cardiovascular health in adults should include the management of LBM (especially in the upper body)

  • Linguistic and relational strategies for advice giving in an online commercial context

Wen Yuan, Yue Jin•ARTICLE•Journal of Politeness Research•2023•Cited by: 1•References: 13

  • Effects of Supra- and Sub-liminal Emotional Cues on Inhibition of Return

    Xiao-Hong DENG, Deng Xiao-hong et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica Sinica•2010
