  • Creating Philanthropic Foundations to Deal With Grief

    Kelly Rossetto, Kelly R Rossetto•ARTICLE•Death Studies•2014•Cited by: 3•References: 2

The current study involves the analysis of six bereaved parents' stories and argues that the development of philanthropic foundations helped these parents make meaning of their children's deaths and find purpose in the midst of their grief. Challenges to researchers and id…

This study examined how military wives/fiancées reported coping with the demands they associated with spousal deployment. Twenty‐six in‐depth interviews were conducted with wives and fiancées whose partners were currently deployed. Through qualitative analysis, 2 main coping themes emerged:…

Open Access•René M Dailey, Kelly Rossetto et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Social and Personal…•2009•Cited by: 20•References: 42

Although relational research predominantly conceptualizes romantic relationships as either together or apart, some relationships break up and renew (i.e., on-again/off-again relationships). Partners' accounts of on-again/off-again relational experiences were qualitatively analyzed to explore both reasons for breakups and reasons for renewals. Themes were interpreted within an interdependence framework to explain why partners dissolved as well as …
