Teacher Attrition Beyond Exit: Semi-Attrition and Intra-County Mobility in Rural China
Teacher attrition in rural China is commonly framed as exit from schools or the profession. This framing obscures a more consequential form of mobility: the stepwise internal movement of teachers from remote village schools to township and county-seat schools within county governance systems. This study conceptualizes such patterned movement as semi-attrition and examines its mechanisms and consequences in a formerly poverty-designated county in …
Longitudinal Links Between Maternal and Paternal Parenting Styles and Chinese Adolescents' Well‐Being: Sequential Mediation by Parental Trust and Support and Adolescent Resilience
INTRODUCTION: Parenting styles are associated with adolescent well-being, yet the mechanisms linking family relational resources and individual traits remain less clear, particularly regarding potential differences between maternal and paternal influences. METHODS: = 12.68 ± 0.43, 53.90% boys), followed across 4 waves over 18 months. Structural equation modeling was used to examine whether perceived parental trust and support (PTS) and adolescent…

This study identifies sub-health symptom clusters and explores how Tai Chi’s benefits vary across these groups. Methods From December 2025 to February 2026, 612 sub-healthy older adults in Beijing were analyzed. Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) identified symptom patterns. Differences in demographics and fall risk indicators (…
The Construction and Application of a Case-Based Learning Method in a Small Class of Undergraduates on a Psychotherapy Course
Psychotherapy is a central part of the undergraduate clinical psychology curriculum, with a high degree of clinical practice, which is the most prominent issue lacking in traditional teaching.
