  • Seascape genomics

Open Access•Jessica Rieder, Marlene Jahnke et al.•ARTICLE•Marine Policy•2025

Biodiversity, including genetic diversity, is the foundation of ecosystems and supports the well-being of all organisms, including humans. Determining how the marine environment shapes genetic diversity and developing best practices to conserve it requires a multi-disciplinary approach that incorporates genomic and environmental information. Seascape genetics and genomics combine spatially resolved ecological, genomic, and environmental data, cou…

  • Dynamics of Seagrass Meadows on the Swedish Skagerrak Coast

Anna Nyqvist, Carl Andre et al.•ARTICLE•AMBIO•2009•Cited by: 2

Seagrasses have declined in many places around the world, and the Swedish Skagerrak coast is no exception. Between the 1980s and 2000, the cover of eelgrass (Zostera marina L.) on the Swedish Skagerrak coast decreased about 60%. In the present study, the sites that were investigated in the 1980s and 2000 were revisited (1655 ha) in 2003 and 2004 to investigate long and short term temporal and spatial differences in eelgrass coverage. The distribu…

  • Commodity and Contradiction, or, Contradiction as Commodity

Carl Andre, Jeremy Gilbert-Rolfe et al.•ARTICLE•October•1976

Editors' Note: The following is an exchange between Carl Andre and Jeremy Gilbert-Rolfe, in the form of responses to previously agreedupon questions. Instead of answering the questions, one-by-one, Andre wrote a short text, which we have printed as the second part of this document. The first part contains the original questions and GilbertRolfe's responses, which Andre then annotated with his own reactions to Gilbert-Rolfe's statements
