Aims: Epoetin alfa, an erythropoiesis-stimulating agent, is the mainstay for treating severe anemia caused by kidney disease or induced by cancer-chemotherapy. • Barriers to leadership development: Why is it so difficult to abandon the hero

Open Access•Sylvia Schweiger, Barbara Müller et al.•ARTICLE•Leadership•2020•Cited by: 14•References: 21

Critical consensus holds that leader-centred leadership theories reproduce romanticism by exaggerating the impact of individual leaders. In contrast, a processual perspective views leadership as an ongoing social interaction involving all organisational actors. Developing such a processual leadership meaning, however, is not easy, especially as formal leaders are embedded in a business world that still supports the heroic image of a leader. Criti…

    Helen Buchs, Barbara Müller•ARTICLE•Formation emploi•2016•References: 2

  • The Diabolical Power of Lettuce, or Garden Miracles in Gregory the Great’s Dialogues

    Open Access•Barbara Müller•ARTICLE•Studies in Church History•2005•References: 2

Gregory the Great wrote his Dialogues between July 593 and October 594. Like most scholars of Gregory the Great, I am convinced that the Dialogues are a genuine Gregorian work and do not share Francis Clark’s opinion that the Dialogues are the rather clumsy product of a later forger. The Dialogues are an extremely complex work on holiness, a skilful pastoral pedagogy, and a programme of mission as well. They contain Gregory’s ideal of the Church …
