Research on the effect of platform workers' algorithmic stigma on work engagement: A double-moderated mediation model
Based on the conservation of resources theory, this study examines the relationship between algorithmic stigma and work engagement among platform workers. Hindrance stressor appraisal is proposed as a mediating variable, while job autonomy and fairness perception are introduced as moderating factors.
