Shadow Education Beyond Tutoring? New Forms of Private Supplementary Classes in Singapore
This paper explores the emergence of new forms of private supplementary classes in Singapore. Specifically, it examines the consolidation of an ‘enrichment industry’ offering classes in sports, music, performing arts, and extracurricular academic activities.
