Platform Mechanism Design, Product Quality and Merchant Delivery Fees
Through field research, this study finds that there are significant discrepancies among platforms, merchants, and delivery riders regarding the entity responsible for bearing takeaway delivery fees; in reality, however, merchants largely assume this cost.
