Staryye Chuti site of the Srubnaya culture on the Ik River
The article introduces data from rescue operations at the Staryye Chuti site of the Srubnaya culture, located on the left bank of the Ik River in the Bavlinsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan. The studies were conducted on both sides of the existing road bridge over the Ik River. In 2022-2024, research in the Eastern Cross-Kama area in the territory of the Novoye Biksenteevo village revealed two hoards of bronze items from the Lomovatovskaya culture: 54 items in the first hoard and 12 in the second, a significant portion of which consisted of composite rattling jewelry.
