Large language model-facilitated interventions for enhancing psychological resilience in cyberbullying victims: Targeting self-esteem and self-compassion

Negative Mood Regulation Expectancies Moderate the Effects of Acculturative Stress on Affective Symptoms Among Chinese International Students in Japan
This study investigated interrelationships of negative mood regulation expectancies (NMREs), stressors, and affective symptoms among Chinese international students in Japan. NMREs represent one's confidence that one can reduce the intensity of the unpleasant moods one experiences. Data were collected from 527 participants using self‐report measures of NMREs, university stress, acculturative stress, depression, and anxiety. Results showed that NMR…
Peer relations and different functions of cyber‐aggression: A longitudinal study in Chinese adolescents
Although previous studies have focused on the associations between peer group relations and cyber‐aggression, limited attention has been paid to the heterogeneity in the functions of cyber‐aggression. This study explored the unique associations of peer relations with proactive and reactive cyber‐aggression and the possible mechanisms underlying them in a sample of adolescents using a longitudinal study design. A total of 829 middle school student…
Vigilance-Avoidance Toward Negative Faces in Social Anxiety With and Without Comorbid Depression
Despite the growing evidence for the attentional bias toward emotional related stimuli in patients with social anxiety disorder (SAD), it remains unclear how the attentional bias manifests in normal individuals with SAD and/or depressive traits. To address this question, we recruited three groups of normal participants with different psychiatric traits-individuals with comorbid SAD and depression (SADd, N = 19), individuals with only SAD (SAD, N …
An Internet-Based Intervention for Individuals With Social Anxiety and Different Levels of Taijin Kyofusho in China
The aim of the present study is to investigate the efficacy of internet-based cognitive behavior therapy (ICBT) for individuals with social anxiety (SA) and different levels of Taijin Kyofusho (TKS) in China. The ICBT program was translated into Chinese with some specific contents adapted for Chinese culture. Participants ( N = 80) with SA were assigned either to a treatment ( n = 55) or control group ( n = 25). Both groups were further divided i…
