    Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) visibility has exponentially grown over the past half century.     This article identifies the ways that White supremacy manifests throughout the field of public administration in its research and scholarship.     An overarching question concerns why social inequity persists despite decades of policy intervention. For instance, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 mandated that agencies must not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, or national origin to receive federal funding.
