    Climate surveys hold the potential to advance equity in organizations, serving to generate quantitative data on the depth and breadth of climate-related issues, with its forte being those related to belonging, inclusion, and relationships.   • Reversing the legacies: Asset-based discourses for racialized social workers

    Social work has a lengthy history of ignoring and invalidating the assets that racialized practitioners bring to their work. This article seeks to shift the discourse in social work away from invisibility and diminishment toward visibility, positive valuing, and asset-rich perspectives.     Over the last 10 years, the MSW program at Portland State University has gone from graduating 15% of its students in the macro concentration, to 32%, while the national average remains under 9%.
