This paper aims to assess the relationship between perfectionism, social comparison, and happiness in young entrepreneurs. This correlational study used a purposive sample of 90 entrepreneurs (70 women; 20 men; Mage=25.44 years; SD=6.47) from different cities in Pakistan via an online survey.
