To report or not report? How attitudes, values, and knowledge play a role in mandated reporting
In 2021, 600,000 U.S. children were victims of maltreatment. Decisions to report suspicions of child maltreatment can be influenced by one's attitudes, beliefs, and knowledge. Students who are admitted into social work graduate programs juggle multiple responsibilities: coursework, field practice, employment, and personal.
