The Impact Survey: The humanistic impact of osteogenesis imperfecta in adults
IMPACT provides insights into the humanistic burden of OI on adults, revealing that OI has a substantial impact on the QoL of adults. OI severity and fracture frequency were consistently identified as drivers of impact on QoL across all domains. Understanding these drivers may aid in identifying areas for targeted interventions, such as fracture prevention
Patient-reported experience of clinical care of osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) during the Covid-19 pandemic

Suitability of growth standards for growth monitoring in children with genetic diseases
0.001) higher variability of their age specific height distribution than their healthy peers. Therefore, the commonly proposed cutoffs for the height deflection criteria had to be adjusted by the factor of 1.342 (95%CI 1.337-1.347). The PPT might improve the growth monitoring of children with genetic diseases, preventing them from unnecessary diagnostics.
