Determinants of College Teachers' Religious Beliefs and Participation
Data were collected from 307 teachers in two universities to examine the import of intellectual culture on religion. The relative effects of home culture, academic training, effect of academic discipline, and professional factors on religious beliefs and church commitment were tested.
