Forgiveness in Restorative Justice
Legislation placing restorative justice at the heart of the youth justice system in Northern Ireland was implemented in 2003. Since then more than 17,000 restorative conferences have been facilitated. Youth conferences have been evaluated very positively. Hospice or home? Expectations of end-of-life care among white and Chinese older people in the UK
This paper presents findings from two linked studies of white (n = 77) and Chinese (n = 92) older adults living in the UK, which sought their views about end-of-life care. We focus particularly on experiences and expectations in relation to the provision of end-of-life care at home and in hospices.
