The Arctic as a boundary object: Who negotiates Arctic governance
The contribution proposes a novel theoretical synthesis, between recent Arctic scholarship drawing on English School concepts and ‘third wave’ constructivist norms research, to analyse the thematic ‘boundary practices’ prevailing in Arctic governance.
