The kiln site in Yaogang village is the location of the imperial glazed kiln in Nanjing, China: the Jubaoshan glazed kiln. It mainly supplied the glazed tiles required for the construction of imperial buildings, such as the Ming Imperial Palace and Bao’ensi.
