Swedish principals’ adaptive leadership in unprecedented times: Learnings from the pandemic experiences
This study examines Swedish principals’ perceptions of their learnings and leadership development and identifies lasting changes to their leadership practices. Data were collected through a digital survey involving 66 novice principals who had previously participated in the National Principal Training Programme.
