A scale for measuring attitudes about prohibition
The technique used in the construction of the scale was the same as that employed by Thurstone and Chave in their scale for measuring attitudes about the church. The scale as finally presented to a group of 281 college students, 178 Y. W. C. A. members, 206 members of the Methodist church and 200 business men, had 45 statements.
