The Impact of Student Feedback Literacy on L2 Academic Writing: Mediating Role of Writing Strategies
This study investigates the underexplored impact of student feedback literacy on writing strategies and learning outcomes in L2 academic writing. Addressing the gap in empirical research, we examined the mediating role of writing strategies using a mixed‐methods approach. Returning to the Middle Kingdom: Yung Wing and the recalled students of the Chinese Educational Mission to the United States
This article re-examines the frustrated Westernizing efforts of Yung Wing and the recalled students of the Chinese Educational Mission to the United States (1872-1881). It does so in response to recent scholarship (in both the Chinese and the English languages) which affirms the 'transformative role' of the returnees in late Qing reform and modernization.
