    Klopstock's poetry speaks to a groundbreaking shift from the rhetoric of amplificatio to a medial strategy of amplification.     The extensive use that Heidegger makes of the figura etymologica in his works is not mere rhetoric. Inner nominatives, such as in the phrase “the thing things,” are indicative of his unique approach to thinking.
