    This study examines the experiences and positioning of campus staff of Color through the lens of race, labor, work, and wellness. Merging the theory of racialized organizations, the institutional response framework, and metamorphic liberation, this qualitative study utilizes semi-structured interviews with 22 campus staff who identify both as a person of Color and full-time noninstructional employee at a predominantly white campus in the Midwest.…
