Accessing Alternatives
This work addresses Latino immigrant use of tiendas and remittance services as alternatives to traditional consumer banking in Virginia. Qualitative and quantitative analysis strategies including ethnographic interviews, surveys and in-depth investigation reveal particular patterns among this population.
