Evaluation an deutschen Hochschulen – Entwicklung, Stand und Perspektiven1
Das Hochschulsystem in Deutschland ist geprägt durch die föderale Struktur und die damit verbundene Hoheit der Länder in Fragen der Hochschulausbildung. Durchschnittlich studierten an den insgesamt 383 Hochschulen in den vergangenen Jahren circa zwei Millionen Studierende, von denen etwa siebzig Prozent an Universitäten und knapp dreißig Prozent an Fachhochschulen immatrikuliert waren.2
