Furthermore, we investigated how the relationships varied depending on whether the webcomic was action-oriented. We examined how violent scenes and words used in action- and non-action-oriented webcomics were associated with the frequency by which violent words were used in readers’ online comments. 이 연구는 스포츠 조직의 좋은 거버넌스를 위해 이사회 역할 이론을 탐색하고, 이를 바탕으로 비영리 스포츠 조직 이 사회의 바람직한 역할 모색에 목적이 있다. 이 작업을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 비영리 스포츠 조직의 자기 감시역할을 위한 이사회의 ‘명확한 규정 마련’이다. 이를 통해 사무처 중심의 운영에서 최상위 자원봉사자인 이사회와 위원회의 역할을 강화하고 조직 운영의 측면에서 합리성과 투명성을 확보해야 한다. 둘째, 외부환경과의 연계역할을 위한 이사회의 ‘전문성 확보’이다. 조직 운영의 차원에서 전문성과 독립성이 있는 인사 유치와 참여 독려를 위해 포상제, 인증제, 자체적인 교육제도 등 부문별 도입이 필요하다. 셋째, 조직 운영에 있어 관습적 행동에 대한 조직의 합리적 순응을 위한 이사회의 ‘다양성 확보’와 ‘책무성 강화’이다. 활동적인 이사회를 위한 표준화된 교육 프…
