Our aim was to elucidate when and why high performers feel job dissatisfaction by taking a resource flow approach and focusing on team members' role overload (resource outflow) and relative leader–member exchange compared to other members (resource inflow). The SROs of youths with same-sex or both-sex intercourse experience had strong associations with gender (males), violence, and STDs. The authors develop new semiparametric tests for double unit roots under a weakly dependent error structure of Phillips for tests for a unit root. The tests are based on symmetric estimation of Sen and Dickey. Through Monte Carlo simulations, the new tests are compared with the tests of Haldrup and of Dickey and Pantula.
