  • Impact of a National Volume-Based Procurement Policy in China on purchase of nucleoside/nucleotide analog drugs for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infection

Open Access•Zhao Yang, Ziheng Yang et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2026

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a global public health issue, with approximately 1.5 million new infections and around 820,000 deaths annually around the globe. China carries the heaviest burden of HBV infection in the world, making it crucial to improve the accessibility of antiviral treatment for hepatitis B. In 2019, China implemented a National Volume-Based Procurement (NVBP) policy, which included two nucleoside/nucleotide analog drugs …

  • Lead Isotope Analysis of Tang Sancai Pottery Glazes From Gongyi Kiln, Henan Province and Huangbao Kiln, Shaanxi Province

    Open Access•J F Cui, Yong Lei et al.•ARTICLE•Archaeometry•2010•Cited by: 9•References: 8

Through the use of MC–ICP–MS, this study analyses the lead isotope ratios of 19 Tang Sancai pottery glazes unearthed from the Gongyi and Huangbao kiln sites. According to their different lead isotope ratios, the two kilns can be grouped separately. The research also suggests that the Gongyi and Huangbao kilns are independent production centres of Tang Sancai in the Tang Dynasty. The data from the Huangbao kiln indicates that the lead in the glaze…

  • Histone Adduction with Nicotine

    Open Access•X H WU, H F Wang et al.•ARTICLE•Radiocarbon•1997•References: 20

Based on the study of DNA adduction with nicotine, we have measured the mouse hepatic histone adduction with 14 C-labeled nicotine in vivo by bio-accelerator mass spectrometry (bio-AMS). In the exposure of mice to nicotine, the dose range administered was from 0.2 μg to 6.0 μg kg b.w. -1 , which was equivalent to a very low level of human exposure to cigarette smoke. The adducts of either histone 1 (H1) or histone 3 (H3) with nicotine in mouse li…
