Der Beitrag skizziert die Grundzüge einer Machtanalyse für die Auseinandersetzung mit Macht und Machtmissbrauch im Raum von Kirche. Macht wird als Handlungs- und Wirkungspotenzialität in ihrer relationalen und kommunikativen Dimension verstanden. Sie ist Ermöglichungsbedingung und Kontext von Gewalt als missbräuchlicher Machtausübung, die sich zugleich als Zeichen des Versagens von Macht erweist.

The clarification of the relationship between religion and rationality is one of the core tasks of religious-philosophical and theological understanding and self-understanding respectively.
