    The literature on drug addiction contains little specifically about Jewish drug addicts. During the spring of 1958 a study of 32 Jewish patients in residence in the U. S. Public Health Service Hospital at Lexington, Kentucky, was made. This group included 5 females whose average age on admission was 35.72 yr. and 27 males whose average age was 30. This compares with an average age of 33.33 for 135 Jewish females and an average age of 36.30 for 50…
