Open Access•J H Simon, John Simon et al.•ARTICLE•Kurios•2023

This paper studies John 4: 1-26 in a post-structuralist hermeneutical perspective. Hermeneutics is the art of understanding, namely understanding a text, aiming to reveal the meaning contained in the text. In this case, what is meant is a post-structuralist hermeneutics which assumes that the meaning of a text lies not behind the text but in front of it. Grant's order dated December 17, 1862, expelling “Jews as a class” from the entire territory under his command. John Simon, JOHN L SIMON et al.•ARTICLE•Medical Care•1973

The change to a more distant location of the University of Rochester Student Health Service provided an opportunity for a quasi-experimental evaluation of the effects of distance on utilization. Previous research has used cross–sectional data and provides a hazardous basis for predicting the effects of changes in facility location on utilization. A significant reduction in clinic visits resulted that could not be accounted for by a trend over tim…

The conformity behavior of 16 black and 16 white male Ss, ages 7 and 11, was studied, using the “Asch technique” in same race and opposite race, 3-member confederate groups. Data showed that conformity was not a function of the race of Ss or the confederates. Age of Ss was a significant factor, conformity decreasing as age increased
