The Story of Proyecto Papán‐Folktales and Their Potential for Foreign Language Education
After a theoretical discussion of the potential for stories in the foreign language curriculum, the author presents the results of a qualitative research study in which twenty‐two stories from the oral traditions of Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico were presented to students in five different media formats: picturebooks; audiotape; videotape; a Web page; and a Hypermedia program.
