  • Urinary phthalate metabolites associated with increased prevalence of gallstone disease in U.S. adults

Open Access•Feng Jia, Yu Chang et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2025

Higher urinary phthalate metabolite concentrations were associated with increased gallstone risk. These novel findings suggest phthalate exposure may contribute to lithogenic pathogenesis. Future prospective and mechanistic research is warranted

  • Exploring the association between lifestyle and cardiovascular health metrics and HPV infection risk

Open Access•Xiangliang Liu, Yu Chang et al.•ARTICLE•BMC Public Health•2024

The study underscores the importance of healthy lifestyle behaviors in reducing the risk of HPV infection. Public health strategies promoting such behaviors could complement existing HPV prevention measures, potentially lowering the burden of HPV-related diseases. Future research should further investigate the mechanisms underlying this association and the effectiveness of lifestyle interventions in diverse populations

  • Spatiotemporal analysis of critical transportation links based on time geographic concepts

    Open Access•Zhixiang Fang, Shih-Lung Shaw et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Transport Geography•2012•Cited by: 4•References: 5
