Intersubjectivity and working with aids clients
For the past two decades, AIDS has had a significant impact on the lives of gay men and their gay therapists. An interdisciplinary clinical team approach can be effective in the reintegration of chronically disturbed psychiatric patients into community living. Such a program includes aggressive outreach and intensive support, psychotherapy, psychiatry, crisis intervention, case management, and health-related services.
