Excavation of a Bronze Age ring cairn at Cloburn Quarry, Cairngryffe Hill, Lanarkshire
Reports on work carried out over a number of seasons beginning in 1986 which revealed a complex funerary structure in the form of a pre-cairn monument with a central scoop, encircled by rings of timber posts, cremation pits and stone, followed by later pit and stone arrangements containing cremations.
