Medicaid Utilization of Services in a Prepaid Group Practice Health Plan
To provide medical service at lower costs without diminishing either quality or coverage, the District of Columbia enrolled approximately 1,000 Medicaid beneficiaries, voluntarily, in a prepaid group practice (PGP).
