Monitoring the Health Status and Impact of Treatment on Americans: The Medicare Beneficiary Health Status Registry
OBJECTIVE: A major new survey program, the Medicare Beneficiary Health Status Registry (MBHSR), has been proposed to improve the monitoring of the health status of Medicare beneficiaries.
