From the Middle - Upper Pleistocene transition to Holocene-a sedimentary profile in the Parchliny area (central Poland) – a comprehensive record of palaeoenvironmental and palaeoclimatic changes
Climatic Oscillations During Mis 3–2 Recorded in Sets of 14 C and Osl Dates—a Study Based on Data From Poland
Terrestrial environments tend to be characterized by an incomplete record of past conditions. For the MIS 3–2 periods, there is only one known site in Poland—Horoszki Duże—in which a probably continuous record of climate change has been preserved. However, this site does not have any high precision multi-proxy analyses. In the absence of continuous high-resolution records, we decided to gather and analyze scattered information. We assembled data …
Drainage evolution in the Polish Sudeten Foreland in the context of European fluvial archives
Detailed study of subsurface deposits in the Polish Sudeten Foreland, particularly with reference to provenance data, has revealed that an extensive preglacial drainage system developed there in the Pliocene–Early Pleistocene, with both similarities and differences in comparison with the present-day Odra (Oder) system. This foreland is at the northern edge of an intensely deformed upland, metamorphosed during the Variscan orogeny, with faulted ho…
The rare Holsteinian (Mazovian) interglacial limnic deposits in the Książnica outcrop at Krzczonów (near Świdnica), Sudetic Foreland
An attempt to reconstruct the late Saalian to Plenivistulian (MIS6-MIS3) natural lake environment from the “Parchliny 2014” section, central Poland
Reply to the comments by G.S. Boulton, K.E. Dobbie, S. Zatsepin on: Deforming soft beds under ice sheets: how extensive were they
Were deforming subglacial beds beneath past ice sheets really widespread
Unexpected ice flow directions during the Late Weichselian deglaciation of the south Baltic area indicated by a new lithostratigraphy in NW Poland and NE Germany
