Collaborative Reflexivity and Circular Literacy in Platform‐Driven Innovation Ecosystems
This research develops and assesses a model based on capabilities that explains how platform‐based open innovation networks enhance sustainability through sequential mediation processes. By relying on concepts of reflexive innovation, ecosystem learning, and knowledge co‐creation, the research shows that participation in platforms enhances the maturity of the circular learning ecosystems; therefore, promoting collaborative reflexive practice. Ref…
Human–GenAI-based agent collaboration
The growing pace of the introduction of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) into organizational processes is changing the way workers cooperate with technology. Based on Social Exchange Theory, we propose that the perception of employees regarding the value of GenAI-based agents, their vulnerability and privacy, and their self-concern would determine the collaboration with GenAI agents, which subsequently would predict the knowledge sharin…
Sustainability performance and communication of the greenest Hungarian Universities
Universities play a crucial role in supporting sustainable development. In recent decades, indicator-based assessment tools have emerged to quantify universities’ efforts towards sustainability. The most widely known is the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings (UI-GWUR): In our paper, we examine the sustainability performance of the three greenest Hungarian universities. The University of Pécs, the University of Szeged and the University of S…
How “Hungaricum” is inflation in Hungary? The classical and specific factors of outstanding inflation in Hungary
The study examines the factors shaping inflation in 2022–2023 and explores why inflation in the Hungarian economy has increased more sharply than in neighboring countries with similar structures. The research hypothesis suggests that the inflationary surge, which is notable both globally and within the European Union, is not solely due to market economy mechanisms, but also to specific circumstances in Hungary, including the state’s radical inter…
Új szakaszba léptek a magyar tőkebefektetések Kárpátalján
A tanulmány bemutatja a záhonyi átrakó körzet jelenlegi szerepét a kelet–nyugati irányú vasúti áruszállítási kapcsolatokban.
