  • Short review on environment and health effect of nanotoxicology

Open Access•Rahul Rahul, Akhil Saxena•ARTICLE•International Journal of Health…•2022

Nanotechnology is a brand-new area of scientific research that has revolutionized the manufacturing sector. The emphasis of this revolution was on the large-scale development of nano-based materials. Materials confinement in small structures, quantum mechanics, the high surface volumes ratio or other unusual properties, phenomena, and processes dominate nanoparticle behavior use of the nanomaterial containing items on the rise, posing a threat to…

  • Efficacy of combination of multinutrients in reduction of sperm DNA fragmentation

Open Access•Asha Arora, Dhiraj Singh Ranawat et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of Health…•2022

High Sperm DNA fragmentation can cause decreased fertility & implantation rate or can cause Recurrent implantation failure and if fetus born then can lead to Genetic abnormality in the fetus such as Down Syndrome, Edward syndrome or Patau’s syndrome. The objective of the study is to combine the peripheral data of the patients to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Combination tablet in reduction of Sperm DNA fragmentation index. The result shows …

  • Modelling and kinetic aspects of a BTEX contaminated air-treating biofilter

Anil K Mathur, Rahul Rahul et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of…•2012

In this study, the overall performance of a biofilter was evaluated in terms of its elimination capacity by using 3-D mesh techniques. The overall results indicate that the agreement between experimental data and model predictions is excellent for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and o-xylene (BTEX). In this study, the maximum removal rate (r max) values for BTEX were 0.0117, 0.0126, 0.0081 and 0.0146 g m–3 h–1, and the half-saturation constant (KS…
