The British Columbia Conference on the Family--Process and Outcomes
A unique three phase model of public consultation and enquiry concerning the needs of the family was undertaken by the Government of British Columbia. The purpose of the enquiry was to identify those forces in society which enrich family life and those that are pulling the family apart.
