    Open Access•Dawn M Cornelio, Dawn Cornelio•ARTICLE•French Cultural Studies•2020•Cited by: 3•References: 1

  • Activism and Autofiction

    Dawn M Cornelio•ARTICLE•Contemporary French and…•2018

This article offers a close analysis of Chloé Delaume's 2006 novel, J'habite dans la télévision, written as an autofictional, experimental response to French TV channel president Patrick Le Lay's remark that the primary job of television is to sell “available human brain time” to sponsors.

    Dawn M Cornelio•ARTICLE•Contemporary French and…•2011

This essay uses the metaphor of conversation inside and between the novels Sensò, la guerre and L'Enfant et le soldat, as well as in the translation of these two texts. By evoking conversation and dialogue, its aim is to give voice to the role played by these exchanges in the production of literature and in translation
