  • Prophylactic isoimperatorin protects against LPS-ALI via mTOR-dependent control of inflammation, oxidative stress and ferroptosis markers

Open Access•Jiecheng Zhang, Ziyi Zhang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2026

ISO protected against LPS-induced ALI under a prophylactic dosing protocol via mTOR-dependent signaling (predominantly mTORC1), thereby restraining inflammation, oxidative stress, and ferroptosis-related markers. These findings support ISO as a mechanistically informed prophylactic lead that warrants evaluation under post-insult therapeutic regimens

  • How I love and hate my idol

    Open Access•Wenjun Zhao, Poshek Fu•ARTICLE•European Journal of Cultural…•2026•References: 10

  • Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo polysaccharide ameliorated DNFB-induced atopic dermatitis in mice associated with suppressing Mapk/NF-κB/STAT3 signaling pathways

Open Access•Jingru Liao, Wenjun Zhao et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2024

  • Probiotic-fermented Portulaca oleracea L. alleviated DNFB-induced atopic dermatitis by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway

Open Access•Wenjun Zhao, Yuwei Zhang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2023

  • Astragaloside IV and cycloastragenol are equally effective in inhibition of endoplasmic reticulum stress-associated TXNIP/NLRP3 inflammasome activation in the endothelium

Open Access•Yan Zhao, Qiang Li et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2015
