Operationalizing Kadushin's Model of Social Work Supervision
This study introduces an instrument that operationalizes Kadushin's (1976; 1985) conceptualization of the administrative, educational and supportive functions in social work supervision. The proposed Supervisory Functions Inventory (SFI) was examined with 233 supervisors, employed in three types of social welfare agencies.
