Qualifikations- und Berufshauptfeldprojektionen bis 2025. Fachkräftemangel
Im hier vorgestellten Projektionszeitraum bis 2025 zeichnet sich aufgrund der demografischen Entwicklung eine Trendwende beim Arbeitskräfteangebot ab. Die Bilanz aus Arbeitskräfteangebot und -bedarf zeigt, dass die Unterbeschäftigung deutlich kleiner wird und bis 2025 auf etwa ein Viertel des heutigen Niveaus sinken könnte. This article examines the ambivalent effect of social security on employment. First, an international comparison looks at protection from layoff by the employer, wage floors as defined in social and employment legislation, and levels of wage‐related costs and their effect on employment.
