Türkiye hosts the largest number of refugees in the world, but research has mainly focused on Syrian refugees. This study fills this gap by exploring the experiences of non-Syrian refugees in accessing health services in Türkiye challenges they face. This study aims to elucidate child welfare workers’ resilience and coping styles. Data were collected via questionnaire, specifically the Resilience Scale (RS) and Coping Style Scales-Brief Form (CSS-BF). RS-based results indicated intermediate professional resilience ( n = 108) wherein professionals protect their resilience with training and peer support or coaching. This study examines the opinions and attitudes of social work students towards issues of social justice. In the scope of the study, participants listed socio-economic status and political views as two factors that have the greatest bearing on ‘being subjected to injustice’ and stated that social workers should adopt an attitude of passive resistance against injustice.
