Bu çalışma, Cumhuriyet’in ilk yıllarında Türkiye’de eğitim sisteminin denetim süreçlerini anlamak amacıyla, 1930’lu yıllarda Kırklareli Ortaokulu’nda gerçekleştirilen öğretmen teftiş raporlarını incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. This paper explores hypotheses based on Hofstede’s cultural framework showing that decision-makers’ culture impacts their implicit choice.
