  • Using Participatory Observation to Understand Older People’s Experiences: Lessons from the Field

    This article describes how participant observation and a reflective diary were used in a study that aimed to explore how three different groups of community dwelling older people experienced and made choices about using, or refusing, a range of health and social care services.
